SELF-LOVE
Exercise to produce naturally endorphins (natural pain killers) and serotonin, (feeling good neurotransmitters in your brain), which reduce your emotional pain and make you feel happy, even when you are going through painful changes in life. When you do exercise regularly you become a human magnet and more people are attracted to you.
Self-love is also learning the importance to process your painful emotions right after a major change in life.When you go through mayor changes in life there are seven feelings that you have to process to fully let go: hurt, anger, fear, deception, betrayal, sorrow and sometimes guilt. In this way, you come back to your loving self. Most people in depression, drug addiction, sex addiction, alcoholism or incarcerated have never processed their feelings after going through a painful experience and they went spiraling down. Take charge of your life and make it a priority to give yourself some quiet time every day to get in touch with your feelings: write them down, cry all you need and let it go. Be completely honest with yourself, so you can easily adjust to the change.
A workout for your heart consist also of exploring your painful emotions in writing, crying all you need and letting it go to become emotionally stronger and resilient.
Self-love is also to learn to be compassionated and more loving with yourself. Be a little bit selfish and make your well-being a priority. If you die to talk to him write him letters and tear them apart. Also, write apology letters expressing everything you would like hear from him.Pretend that he is writing them to you. Read the letters whenever you feel sad; this will accelerate the healing process and would make you feel validated and heard. He may try to see you to have sex and make him feel better, but that will make it harder for you to get over him. So, be strong and avoid it. Stop all contact with your partner or limit it to the minimum. Learn belly dance to release your sexual energy.
Self-love is also finding your purpose in life. This will make you feel a lot happier and satisfied; huge percentage of your happiness comes from finding your divine purpose and pursuing your dreams. Yet, many people are unaware of this. Once you find what you love to do, focus and dream big. You may need to pursue a new career, start a new project or create your own business. Many successful professionals self-educate themselves. So, whatever you want to do, go for and don’t be afraid or discouraged because the lack of financial resources.
Finally, self-love is also to take care of your appearance and perhaps the easiest way to do it is by eating healthy and exercising. When the canvas is beautiful, everything looks amazing on it. In the same way when you take care of your body, skin and hair, anything that you wear makes you look gorgeous. This is critical to feel good about yourself and you are the only one that can do it.

Volunteering is amazing for your soul. When you are going through difficult changes in life and you volunteer helping people in need, you build resilience and feel happier; this is the best medicine in the world. Volunteer, advocate, offer your professional services, support a cause, etc. This is also an investment with God, the universe, the intent,—whatever you call it. Volunteering creates wonderful karma that opens the doors to more success and makes you feel truly happy and satisfied.
LOVING FAMILY AND CARING FRIENDS
Having the emotional support from friends and family empowers you and makes it easier for you to go through any challenging experience in life. If you don’t have a family or close friends remember that we all are connected. When I was going through a challenging situation with my family, many older women gave the support and wisdom that I needed to deal with that situation. They helped me tremendously, at that moment they were like loving mothers or aunties. Other times I had been the loving mother or a caring friend of young women, when they feel adrift and alone. You are never alone; we are all connected.

surround yourself with positive and encouraging people that inspire you to live your life to your full potential. So, you keep going and stay motivated to pursue your dreams and reach your goals.
