When you fulfill your five empowering loves, you are strong enough to overcome the loss of anyone significant in your life, such as boyfriend, parents, kids, husband, sisters, brothers, etc. This five empowering loves are:
- God
- Self-love
- community
- Loving family and caring friends
- Pals with dreams and goals
Ten years later, I saw on Accent Health a news report about insomnia. The reporter said that after a divorce, separation, or the death of a love one, most people develop insomnia, and when this happens, it is important to bring your sleep routine back to normal by doing two and a half hours of exercise a day. Sadly, most doctors first prescribed medication. Heath Ledger was suffering from insomnia during his divorce, and later on, he suffered from other symptoms. He was allegedly prescribed with a deadly cocktail of pills to control his symptoms, and instead it caused his dead. Therefore, it is important to have a healthy approach that works, and start taking care of yourself right after a painful change in your life occurs.
Women can easily overcome any difficult change in their lives by fulfilling these five empowering loves:
- God: live a more spiritual life and find the deep meaning of what it is happening to you.
- Self-love: exercise, take care of your appearance, eat healthy, pursue your dreams, and set new professional goals. Also, process your painful feelings, so, you adjust to the change, become emotionally stronger and resilient.
- Love to the community: volunteering helping people in need makes you happy and helps you to build resilience.
- Loving family and caring friends: Having the emotional loving support from friends and family recharges you, and makes it easier for you to go through any challenging experience in life.
- Love from pals that have dreams and goals: surround yourself with positive and encouraging people that inspire you to work hard to reach your goals, so you keep going.
